VAN SANT, Commissioner. Appellant, Wilson Wooten, was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of George Lundy. In seeking reversal of the judgment, he contends: (1) The verdict is not sustained by sufficient evidence, and appears to have been given under the influence of passion and prejudice; (2) the court erred in its instructions, and failed to instruct on the whole law of the case; (3) the court erred in admitting incompetent and irrelevant evidence offered by the Commonwealth; and (4) the court erred in refusing to admit competent evidence offered by appellant.
